Shipping & Returns

We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, first please contact us to discuss the problem you are having.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for shipping and handling costs. In addition, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments or detained by customs.
Note All returns and cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the product (s) defective (hardware and/or manufacturing) or not depending on your order. When the item (s) are faulty or not as ordered we will provide a replacement/repair at no cost to the customer.
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 12-24 hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. If requests a cancellation after the dispatched, the order will be treated according to return policy.
If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service with the order number as well as the missing item' s name and number. We will check and resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
